Leaked: WhatsApp’s new Voice Call Interface in the testing process

    WhatsApp is observed to be developing a brand new interface for voice calls. The user interface will be seen on both Android and iOS mobile devices on the instant messaging app. WhatsApp is working on delivering an enhanced experience for both group and individual calls using this interface. But, these tweaks are not yet accessible –even to beta testers. It implies that users will have to wait to enjoy the upgraded voice call interface.

    According to a report by WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on creating the interface for voice calls to offer users a more enhanced, modern and compact calling experience. The screenshots of the same are seen on the web for comparison of the new versus previous interface.

    Detailed information about the availability of this redesigned voice-calling interface is yet to be revealed. As expressed above, the changes are not even available to beta testers yet.

    WhatsApp’s redesigned voice-calling interface has been seen merely months after the instant messaging app launched joinable group calls. The messaging app users are able to let other users join in an ongoing video or voice calls directly from their groups.

    WhatsApp was also seen crafting indicators for end-to-end encryption for status updates and calls. Not only this, beta testers on WhatsApp recently got a shortcut for quick replies.

    Besides the testing features, WhatsApp recently upgraded the voice message experience by allowing people to preview the voice messages prior to sending them.
